The Fluid Systems business area stands for intelligent solutions for applications such as fuel supply, servo assistance, flap control, crank case ventilation as well as thermal management. Here, we convince customers through our many years of experience in precision injection molding and valve technology, with the outstanding quality management and innovative technologies like the SMA actuating elements.

In the area of fuel management, Alfmeier realizes customer-specific adaptations at attractive investment costs from the design of tank ventilation and filling functions to the close-coupled fuel regulation with a sophisticated modular system - including future requirements on the next generation from legal emission requirements

In addition to the main task of securing the negative pressure in the servo assistance system, our solutions also find application in the controlling of additional vacuum pumps as well as in hybrid and electric vehicles.

Our engineering expertise is evident in the area of crank case ventilation as well as the thermal management. Flap controls in automotive engine applications are preferably operated pneumatically for weight and cost reasons. Our actuators meet the requirements of advanced engine systems and are durable, thermally stable and can be optimally positioned. Our valve technology is also used in air conditioning systems for electronics cooling and diesel circuits which also rely on modern control technology.
