We promote the individual skills of our employees in the context of in-house and external training and individual development measures. Further, we provide each employee with a company pension plan. Since 2014, we have helped our employed mothers and fathers with a holiday childcare on site at the Treuchtlingen location. At the beginning of 2015, we launched a campaign focusing on active health management.
